Decorative screen processing:

Step 1: (Patten confirm)Pattern & CAD PreparatiIon:Clients can choose the pattern from our pattern liabrary or we can customize pattern according to clients’ requirements

Step 2: (Laser cutting)CNC Laser Cutting: as for fence lattice,the wallthickness would range from 1.0mm-2.0mm.

Step 3: (Sanding)After cutting, small burrs may remain along the cut edges. These are removed using manual tools, grinding wheels, or automated deburring machines.

            After that sharp edges are rounded slightly to improve safety and prepare the surface for coating.

Step 4:(Pre-treatment)All panels would be sink into our pre-treatment tanks to remove dust and oil,also to increase the adhesion while make powder coating

Step 5: (Inpection)Each panel is inspected for dimensional accuracy, cut quality, surface finish uniformity, and absence of sharp burrs. Measurements are verified against the original CAD file.

Step 6: (Packing)Panels are carefully stacked with protective interleaving (foam or cardboard) to prevent scratching during transport. Wooden crates or pallets are used for secure shipping

1.Material: When it comes to Fence application,aluminum alloy and galvanized steel material would be two suitable choice.Aluminium alloy is lightweight and rust-proof; Galvanized Steel is strong and cost-effective;

2.Surface Treatment: Usually powder coating is the standard processing

3.Customization: There are more than 200 different patterns in our factory,also we can customize different according to your requirements.

4.Panel Size: The common length for fence lattice is 1750mm or 1800mm which would match to existing fence.
