Flat Top Fence Production Processing:
1. Raw material stocks:
there are about 50-100 Tons raw material in our warehouse which can much save time.Also incoming raw material would be checked in sizes and surface,ensure
all raw materials are in good condition.
2. Raw material cutting:
There are 2 automatic saw cutting machines for steel materials,and 1 double-head miter saw for aluminium material.And 2 laser cutting machines for pipes,1 laser cutting
machine for plate

4.Welding:
There are 15 welding men in our factory,welding plays a significant roles in fence fabrications,more than 80% of welding man have worked in our factory more than 5 years,
2 of them have worked in our factory more than 10 years.Also there is one robot arm welding machine in our factory which can keep high and stable welding quality.
5.Pre-treatment:
12 steps phosphate pretreatment would be carried out for all our items to remove outside dust and oil,to increase the adhesion of powder coating.We have strictly operation books for pre-treatment.
6.Powder coating:
The total length of our powder coating line is about 216 meters,commonly we would take out two layers of coating for all welding items,first layer coating we called epoxy coating which coat to welding
seam to raise its anti-rust ability.The second layer coating is to all fence panel.
Also there is a 40-meter pre-heat woven before our main coating plant,aim to raise the adhesion rate after heating the fence kit.All our powder coating machines are imported from Japan which perform well.
7.Quality check:
Basic size and design checking would be operated among all items,and we would make coating thickness test and coating adhesion test.
8. Packing and Container loading:
Different packing method can be done according to our client’s requirements.
